CNC Machine Operator

Golden Factory for Metal Industries (Mesaieed, Qatar) manufactures aluminium and metal systems for the Al Zhbya Holding companies.

Role purpose

Operate CNC machines to produce accurate aluminium and metal parts.

Key responsibilities

• Load programs and set up tools and fixtures
• Machine parts to drawing tolerances
• Inspect first-off and in-process parts
• Carry out daily machine maintenance

Requirements

• 2+ years CNC operation (machining centre or profile machining)
• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
• Basic G-code knowledge is a plus

How success is measured

• Parts within tolerance
• Machine uptime
